Arrival Instructions for Seatbelts Van Rental

Upon landing, the driver should head straight to Ground Transportation while the rest of the group waits for their luggage. Look for the Wally Park Shuttle and proceed to the designated rows based on your terminal:

• Terminal A: Rows 34–37.
• Terminal B: Rows 36–39.
• Terminal C: Row C279.

Important: If you’re at Terminal C and receive a message stating you cannot board the van if you’ve rented a car, please disregard it. You are a VIP and can board the shuttle at C279.

If the Wally Park Shuttle is not visible at your designated row, text the word "shuttle" to 407-848-1004 and follow the prompts. The shuttle operates 24/7 with a maximum wait time of 15 minutes.

Once on board, inform the driver that you are picking up a van from Seatbelts LLC. They will drop you off directly in front of your van. While on the shuttle or upon arrival at your van, take a selfie and text it to 321-375-6031. We’ll match your photo with your driver’s license and provide you with the combination to the lockbox on the back of the van with the key in it.

After receiving the code:

1. Enter the van and head toward the front gate—it will open automatically.
2. Return to pick up your group (they should still be waiting for their luggage).
3. Enjoy your time in Orlando!

Van Clearance Information:

• Medium Roof Van: 9-foot clearance.
• High Roof Van: 11-foot clearance.

Note: Toll fees are included in your rental, so you can drive through tolls freely.
